Our Story and Expertise
We started in 2012 because Duluth needed paving contractors who treated every driveway and parking lot like it mattered. Over more than a decade, we have learned what works in our climate, what holds up under Minnesota winters, and how to do the job right the first time. We have built our reputation one job at a time, on residential streets and commercial properties across Duluth.
Today we handle the full range of asphalt work: new installations, pothole and patch repairs, resurfacing and overlay, milling and removal, recycled millings, tar and chip, and gravel driveways with grading. We work for homeowners, property managers, HOAs, and businesses. Every project gets a written estimate with tonnage specs so you know exactly what you are paying for.
